Coffman Hardware cannot be responsible for merchandise lost or damaged once it leaves our store.  Customers concerned about shipping issues should consider purchasing insurance at a flat rate of $6.00 for the first $500.00 and $1.00 per $100.00 there after.  Please contact us if you have special shipping needs and we'll try to accommodate your requests.

Coffman Hardware has a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.  For sixty days from the date of purchase, you may return the product, No Questions Asked.
